Private Home – Tailored Living Aesthetics with Character
Interior Design: Elizaveta Vornikoglo – D3 Buro
This private residence is the result of a holistic interior concept that seamlessly combines precision, material quality, and a deep sense for design. Every element – from the kitchen to the staircase – was custom-built and integrated into a unified aesthetic that flows consistently throughout the entire home.
Kitchen & Wall Design:
At the heart of the home lies a bespoke kitchen, featuring fronts in elegant elm wood & oak veneer and lacquered MDF. The natural grain of the elm brings depth and warmth, while the smooth lacquered surfaces provide a calm, modern contrast.
Matching the furniture, the wall panels in the kitchen are also crafted from elm veneer, while other areas showcase lacquered wall panels with delicate vertical grooves, such as in the living room and along the staircase. These subtle details introduce rhythm and texture, emphasizing craftsmanship and architectural clarity.
Doors:
The interior doors feature our Oslo Invisible model – a flush-mounted door system with an integrated aluminum frame. The door disappears visually into the wall, supported by concealed hinges and a magnetic lock, offering a clean and seamless finish that suits the home’s minimalist language.
Staircase & Flooring:
The transition between floors is defined by a custom staircase, with treads manufactured in the same wood as the flooring. This consistency in material ensures a harmonious flow throughout the house.
The flooring itself is a high-quality, oiled parquet, chosen for its natural character and soft, calming tone.
