A. CANCELLATION POLICY

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions. A “consumer” is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (who is not the carrier), takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Return of goods

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen (14) days has expired.

You shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

For goods which, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight goods), the direct costs of return are estimated at up to approximately EUR [___] per such item.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the right of cancellation / early expiration

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the consumer’s personal needs (custom-made goods).

General notes

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.

2) Please do not return goods to us freight collect.

3) Please note that points 1)–2) above are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
