Kitchen – Hidden Function Meets Refined Detail:

A standout feature of this project is the custom-designed kitchen, where movable fronts can be extended to conceal the working area. With just a few movements, the kitchen transforms from a fully functional space into a calm, refined atmosphere – ideal for entertaining or relaxing.

The kitchen island with its grooved wood fronts becomes a sculptural centerpiece, combining bold design with seamless integration into the rest of the interior.

Elegant glass display cabinets with delicate metal profiles highlight craftsmanship and attention to detail. Subtle gold-colored accents on select fronts add warmth and contrast, elevating the kitchen's visual sophistication without overpowering the minimalist concept.

Living & Storage Areas:

Floor-to-ceiling cabinetry and open shelving maintain the clean architectural lines established in the kitchen. Materials such as thermo oak veneer, AGT surfaces, and lacquered MDF are used throughout, creating a cohesive and premium feel.

Vertically structured wall panels with integrated LED lighting create a layered look while providing soft, ambient illumination across the space.

Flooring:

Throughout the apartment, Scheucher Parkett – Multiflor 740 in smoked core oak was installed in a classic French herringbone pattern. The result: timeless structure and natural depth underfoot.
